I am at work and my pants are sticking to my legs. I feel like an idiot.

Try Static Guard. Ask some of the women you work with if they have any...chances are pretty good someone will have some. Just spray it on your clingy pants and presto no more static. Women have used this for dresses clinging to pantyhose.

Downy fabric softener in the wash and Bounce fabric softener sheets in the dryer. I know it sounds like a lot of softener but it does kill the static cling.

ask any of the girls if they have some hairspray and spray it on your inside of the pants and your socks. Sounds weird but it works.
