Eyeshadow really is a matter of personal perferance. I would go to a dollar store and buy a compact of a few different colors of eyeshadow and try the colors out. This way, when you go to a makeup counter, you can buy different versions of that color. This would only cost you a dollar and could save you a lot. You don't want to buy an expensive eyeshadow and then realize the colors looks like crud. Personally, I think green and purple would look great on you.
Lipgloss is again a matter of personal perferance. I think a darker pink shade looks good on everyone, as does clear.
Eyeliner does have to be chosen carefully. With your hair, you could get away with black eyeliner. If I wore black, I'd look like a hooker but that is because I am blonde. I suggest a dark brown or a black. I recommend CoverGirl Perfect Pointe Plus.

U shud use mostly peaches,skin colors and blue colors for eyes and for lipgloss u shud put on earthly colors,pinks and for eyeliner u dont have to think too much just put any brown or black whichever u like bcoz u hav brown eyes ,both ll suit u

Eyeshadow could be any shades of green,purple,eggplant or blues. eyeliner: stay with brown or black unless you want to dramatize a certain look then experiment with matching eyeliners to the eyeshadow for evenings. Lip gloss could be any color soft enough to complement your skin tone. Stay away from extreme colors or fad colors.
