Try acetone based nail warnish remover. I have removed dry paint from my chrome light fixings without scratching forever. White spirit did not even touch it but the nail warnish remover was great at it!

Throw the shoe away, sorry.
But as for the jeans either but them into capris..or if the paint is high cut them into shorts
OR
Splatter some more paint on them, rip'em up a bit and get a little DIY- you can come up with something unique and semi-attractive!

on the paint shop you could purchase a twig can or a quart can of a pigmented stain sealer a strong one is termed Z-authentic. One or 2 coats of the Z-authentic then contact-up including your unique paint extreme. in case you attempt to apply solvent it would probable wipe the unique end off and could no longer look besides.

I don't think you've got much chance of getting it out especially if it was gloss paint.
Turps may have got some of it out if it was emulsion paint but it's probably too late now if it's already gone through the washing machine.

You may have to lose them but as a last ditch attempt, gentle dab with slightly watered down white spirit.
