I would like to say, in the disclaimer, that I am in NO way promoting alcohol, and that the research I have done is for the sole purpose of the project. How can i write a proper disclaimer stating this?

"This project is based on research from reputable sources and is in no way intended to promote the purchase, consumption, or abuse of alcohol."

Just make sure that your research is in fact from reputable sources, and that you are very careful about your wording.

1. Just write what is written in your question details.
2. In the project, make sure to point out the negative effects of alcohol to the health and youngsters. By the way, vodka looks a lot like water and you can be mistaken. When we were 15, we went to Bulgaria for Christmas. At the dinner they had a big glass full of vodka to each of us. A friend of mine thought it was water and swallowed it hastily before he realized what it was. He was alcohol-intoxicated! (He survived, but think he was only 15)

The purpose of all research in this project is to test (name your project hypothesis here) and in no way is meant to promote and/or condone the use of alcohol. Always follow any and all legal regulations if you choose to drink alcoholic beverages.

Keep it short and sweet. The more you get into it the worse it can be.
