Is there a way to permanently change one's eye color? Do you actually know anyone who has done this?

say from brown to blue. For good. If you've seen a before/after pic, it would be great.

I have never heard of this before. I have heard about eyelash transplants..so maybe changing eye color is on the way. I wear colored contacts for color change. Try them.
