I would like to have email that I sent to someone erased. It is being used against me.

How would I go about getting access to the account if it is being used in a negative way. I am desperately seeking advise?

Is it legal to use my email in a court of law? I thought that legally you could not do it. for ex, taping somones conversation without their knowledge, or taking someones picture.

You can't do that! Once you send an e-mail, that's it. There is no way to recall it on the Yahoo system or most other systems for that matter.

Too bad if it's being used against you. You should have thought about the ramifications of the message before you sent it.

Yes, e-mail can be used against you in a court of law. A tech-savvy attorney will subpoena the records of the ISPs and service providers involved and can easily prove that it was sent from your connection and the exact time and date that it was sent.

Ignore the comment about "spamming the message". That's gibberish posted by someone why has no idea what they are talking about.

And ignore any comments about hacking into the recipients mailbox. That is idiotic advice and will only compound your troubles. It would be futile to do so anyway as the recipient almost certainly has hard copies of the e-mails and the ISP's records to back up what's in the e-mail itself.

Any attempt on your part to "hack" into their mailbox would only strengthen their case. If they're REALLY playing hardball it's quite possible that your internet access is being monitored for any evidence of illegal activity right this very minute.

Meet the person you send the mail, sit with and do all what they want and tell them to open their inbox and you & them delete it - okay how easy - you say you an IDIOT - it is for you to be that or wise - god bless you and help you with wisdom and doing right things.

Too late!
Once it's in their email, you can't do anything about it.

This is a good example of "think before you hit 'send'".
