Prepare a petri dish and place drop of anything on it or swab anything just like a pus, a saliva, used water, dropping from any raw foods like meat, egg, fish etc. If you want better bacterial growth use an agar to be a good medium for your bacterial culture. For simple bacterial culture, those basic things are what you need, you are not doing it in large scale so there is nothing much you need to buy.
Just have the following:
>>sterile petri dish
>>sterile cotton swab
>>agar .
For much easier process, how about doing this: Swab your unwashed hand right after using the toilet or swab your kitchen sink, then swab it in a sterile petri dish with an agar lining. Keep it in a temperate area and observe the growhth of your bacterial culture.♥

im not sure where to buy the materials, coz i did it once in my school's science lab only.
first, harden some agar for the bacteria to grow. then, stop brushing ur teeth for a month. next, scrap some of the waste on ur teeth n ur cheek n place them in the agar. finally, leave the agar alone n u will see something special

I am not sure how you would go about to grow a bunch bacteria lol. But if you got yourself a container and place inside it a piece of meat? i'm sure a lot of bateria will develop, you might need a microscope to see them? yea lol. So anyways i'm not sure how big they get when you grow them, but good luck.

leave some raw meat out for a few days (even just a little portion). And better yet, let it sit in the sunlight.
