My mother law to be, swears by white vinegar for anything and everything, it gets sweat stains and deorderant stains out clothes so it wont harm the fabric but I havent tried it on olive oil yet but give it a go.

Set your iron onto cool, put brown paper over the olive oil stain. Iron the brown paper. This should warm the olive oil a little, then the brown paper should absorb the olive oil.

try with baking powder . Use a tablespoon of baking powder and a small amount of water , try at first with a little tepid water . pour over the stain and leave like this for 10 min´s or so then rinse with cold water , it should remove the stain , I did this with my husbands brand new , wool jumper he dropped olive oil and it lifted out ,not the first time but the second time, it might for you

Don't know if you have these products in your country, but they both work. They even take Butter and Cooking oil out of clothes :

Doom (it's an insect spray too kill bugs)
Clean Green (cleans anything out of everything)
Or try : LDC or SuperTen (which you should be able to get anywhere in the world. This even takes nail varnish out of clothes.

Try the yellow bottle of stain devil-its really good. it worked on a pair of cotton trousers after I'd tried and failed with liquid Vanish.

Dawn dish soap, put it on let it sit for about five mins. put a little water on it, rub really good into stain and then wash out, sometimes you have to repeat again, DO NOT PUT INTO DRYER UNTIL STAIN COMPLETELY GONE !!! the heat will set the stain! Good luck.

as long as you havent washed it - place a clean piece of kitchen roll over it and hot iron - you may have to repeat this several times

spray with Mr sheen and wash as normal (it has to b Mr sheen )furniture polish
