We would need to know the manufacturer, model, and condition of your rifle to even make a guess.

Ok, with the additional information, I'd guess you are getting a Western Field single shot. If so, it's not 99 years old and not worth more than $50-$60, if it works.

If it works, probably about $300-$500 depending. Things are only worth what a person will pay for it. If it is authentic, works, and has an original serial number that can be verified, a gun collector may pay $1000, but if it doesn't work, and has no serial number, then all you have is a 22. I bought an old Thompson machine gun not too long ago. They are illegal in the states if they work, so i don't have a firing pin for it. I do know a guy with a license for these guns, and with the firing pin i have been offered $10,000. It is all in condition, and that serial number. Apparently the one that i have was used at Normandy on D-Day!

Do not know what the gun is worth but I think to NOT fire it is priceless. Have it looked at by a professional to make sure there is not sad mistakes before you go off firing it.Good luck!

Who makes it?? If it is a Colt it could be worth a lot. If it is a Ted Williams it isn`t worth anything. Your question is to open. Go to http://www.nra.org/ and ask them with the manufacture make and last three digits on the serial number. They will help you out.
