If you are like me, you will worry about anything and everything when it comes to your child. I'm nonetheless surprised to read other comments saying, 'Take your child to the hospital, NOW' that seems a bit extreme if you say he is acting like nothing is wrong. Of course, not eating as much might be the only indicator of an illness. How many wet diapers is he having in a 24hr period? It really isnt an indicator of something wrong just because his diaper isnt very wet after a good sleep - my girl usually went to the bathroom just after waking at 3mths, when I went to change her. Made for a mess!
Below is an article to see the signs of dehydration in a breastfed baby. If giving formula the minimum amt is 24oz for a 3mth old. I would probably call the pediatrician and get his/her advice - it depends on how well your baby has been gaining weight up until now I think whether it is urgent to go in or not. Really watch him closely to see if he is giving signs of being dehydrated, like being irritable, lethargic, dry mouth, etc. Perhaps today he'll start eating more.
P.S. Diapers can be of such good quality you dont realise how wet it is... I did a little experiment with ours to see how 'wet' a diaper would have to be for me to really tell. It was a lot! Do your own little experiment to see... it's important to know.

98.2 -98.5 is no way low temp for any person be it big nor small. If your baby was extreemly low in temperature, he would be cold and show signs of that. A diaper that is barely wet means it is wet. Mind you, the material that is used in todays products are damn good. You can pour a whole 12 ounces into a diaper and it will soak it right up like a sponge and feel dry to the touch. This your first??

True- his doctor would know best. My three month old daughter doesn't fill the diaper much when she sleeps, and her temp varies all the time. She eats more, but not as often. If he's still got at least 2-4 stool diapers a day, I'd say he's getting enough food. If he's acting fine, I'm sure he is. But, just to be on the safe side, I'd write everything down and take a trip to his doctor's.

The temp aint bad but if he seems lathargic I'd get him to the doctor the unwet diaper could mean dehydration and maybe something more severe

It sounds like he may be dehydrated. You stated he hasn't had hardly any wet diapers and has no interest in food. Feed him some liquids (water) and if he doesn't improve soon take him to the doctor.

Your doing a excellent process from the sound of it. It additionally feels like your getting greater outcome. I do believe that a part hour at the naughty step is alittle so much for a 6 year ancient, however I am no longer his mother.

If he hasn't been eating (I assume he's too young to actually eat, so drinking milk or formula) and his diaper is dry he is probably dehydrated. CALL YOUR DOCTOR, IMMEDIATELY. Don't wait for the general public to answer your question, most are not qualified.
