Is this true that the HomeOwner Association doesn't have to fix the damage to your property they cause because of the contract they create.
They torn down my closet, my bathroom cabinet, and half the tiles in my bathroom, as well removing my shower head. They also torn my rugs out from the closet and the entrance to the bathroom to fix the copper pipe leak and remove all of the black (toxic) mold that they didn't fix from the third floor that should have been taken care of about six months ago that would have prevent diaster.
Now my place is a chaos. What are my rights and what can I do?

No they still have to fix it - you should go to the citizens advice and get their help - or threaten to withhold the rent until someone from the association comes around to have a look at the mess they have made - plus if you can take some pictures of the damage

It all depends on the contract you have with the HOA, what does it say? In most, if not all the states, any dammage caused to property by somone under contract to fix a problem is the responsibility of the person who hired the contractee to start with.

In otherwords, if the HOA hired someone to fix the copper/mold problem, it is their ultimate responsibility to return your unit to substantially the same shape it was in before they started the work. If they tell you otherwise, contact a legal aide office or an attorney in your area for help in enforcing your rights.

I would also contact your states licensing board about possibly filing a claim against the contractor (s) who left your place in disrepair.

I would hire an attorney. Most associations do not repair items inside the units. But since they created the mess, they will have to be sued to fix it.

Read your agreement.
