Any photo shop can do that for you, but I have a better solution that you might like even more. I went to Wal-Mart and bought myself a Photosmart HP Printer/Scanner. You would be amazed at the things it can do. With tax, it was about $200. It Scans Pictures, Photo Copies, and Prints prictures of all sizes and makes Calenders with Your Very Own Pictures that you pick.
I love my Photo Smart Printer/Scanner. And they are very easy to work. I just got mine 2 months ago. Having a Blast with it.

You could make your own on your PC using Microsoft Publisher. There is a wizard and you can use photo paper to make it glossy. If you don't want to make your own, put your pics on a disc and take it to the printers who can show you different designs of calendars.

Its in the States so postage is a pain; but other people can buy copies of your calendar too, so you might make some money if you want to!

Go to www.photobox.co.uk. They have a service where you upload your photos and they make it into a calendar. There are several different formats.

Or if you have Microsoft Publisher you can make your own with one of their templates.

Go to your neighborhood printer; get an estimate. Call up printshops you can reach through the telephone directory. Ask for details.

vistaprint does it very cheap and if you do a search for freebies you should find a site that will do it and only pay for the postage.
