according to me its only wrong thinking of people, if 13 is unlucky being a number then y the numbers 1, 2, 3,.......etc r lucky, these all r also numbers. its just wrong belief of people.

Why should it? For many cultures, 4 is an unlucky number

I've heard it previously been explained as the 13th (Friday) was the day the church attacked the Knights Templar and that it was the number of witches in a coven.
So, it mostly comes from a superstitious belief of dark times.
