No. That would have to be voted on, and given Mt. Rushmore's status as protected I'd doubt anyone can do anything to it anymore whether that be adding or subtracting faces.

I thinks it's only fitting that we put Bushes' face on Mt. Rushmore, in fact I think we should put his entire head on it. After someone removes it from his neck that is.

I hear they are going to erect a bronze statue in DC. 50 foot statue of Bush standing next to a body bag, his finger pointing toward Arlington Cemetary. A banner behind him will read "stay the course"

Probably no truth. However if they did it would be an insult to Washington, Lincoln, Roosevelt and Jefferson. I would rather they blow up the mountain first.
