Depends on how many people want to watch. You can estimate by taking the screen size (W x H) and color quality (bits/pixel, B) and frame rate (frames/sec F). Multiply all four numbers and you have the required bandwith for one user. Multiply by the number of users and add 20% cushion.
Ex. 300x300 at medium quality (16 bit) at 20 frames/sec = 28.8 Mbit = 3.6 MByte

take a hair band and found out the width of the vidio first. according to how fast you do this you will get the speed in mbps or gbps.
