I can't cook to save my soul either. My boyfriend thinks I'm the best cook in the world. The secret? www.allrecipes.com You can search by type or meal or by ingredients (such as chicken). The directions are very well written, and it will automatically adjust the ingredient amount based on the number of people being cooked for.

Get 2 chicken breasts and wrap them each with 2 rashers of bacon. Purchase a bottle of BBQ sauce and some grated chedder or other cheese. Also (if you're looking for easy) purchase some of those uncle ben's rice flavoured microwave rice packs.

Put some of the sauce into a oven dish and put the wrapped chicken in the dish. Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the chicken which should cover it completely. Put in an oven on 200 degrees for about 30mins with tinfoil over the top of the dish. Then after this time remove the tinfoil from the oven dish and sprinkle some of the grated cheese on top and put back in the oven for aprox 10mins.

Put the rice in the microwave and when done serve with the chicken. Also, either add some vegetables or perhaps some tortilla chips on the side.

Start with 2 or 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts.
Wash and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and a little Italian seasoning (if desired).
If you have a broiler, cook under the flame for 20 minutes on each side (unless they're thin - 12 minutes on each side). If you don't have a broiler, use a George Foreman Grill (no need to turn if you do).
Or you can put them in a skillet with a little Canola oil on a medium high flame til brown on each side, then lower flame, add mushrooms and/or sliced onions if desired.
cover and cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, take 1 large potato and 1 sweet potato. Wash and cut in chunks or thick slices. Put in a covered casserole and cook on HIGH in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Put chicken breasts on a platter surrounded by potatoes.
Open a bag of salad. Combine with tomatoes and croutons. Toss with a light dressing or serve dressing on the side.
Voila! Dinner is served.
Choose whatever beverage you want and follow it up with baked goods or fruit and icecream. for dessert.
Enjoy and good luck.

Buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 should be enough for each person.

Soak the chicken in milk overnight or at least for a few hours. (Since you are cooking tonight, just buy them now and put them in the milk as soon as you get home).

Heat the frying pan. Take the chicken out of the milk (keep the milk in the bowl). Sprinkle chicken seasonings, pepper and your favourite spices on the chicken. Put olive oil on the pan and fry the chicken until it's golden brown, turn it frequently so it doesn't burn. Add some fresh mushrooms.

Pour the leftover milk over the chicken and let it zimmer for abour 5-10 minutes.

Put the chicken and milk in an ovenproof dish and in the oven at 180°C for half an hour.

Cook rice (follow the instructions on the package). Easiest go buy boil-in-the-bag rice).

Shake a tablespoon of flour and water until all the lumps are out. Pour the milk from the chicken into a pot and bring to boil. Stirring constantly, add the flourmix to the water and whisk away.

Serve with rice, yellow corn and picknick potato straws.

Two boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
One package of Lipton Golden Onion Soup (envelopes in a blue box on the soup aisle)
Parmesan Cheese (the powder type found near the spaghetti)
Garlic Powder (seasoning)

Put the soup powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder and 1/4 cup parmesan in a baggie and shake it well
Then put both chicken breasts in the bag and shake it well.

Place in a glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve with whatever side dish you like and maybe a salad.

Good Luck

Baked Chicken Breasts

Place the chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 baking dish, melt one stick of butter and pour over top. Coat both top and bottom of chicken breast. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Cover (helps to keep it moist) and bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour. Chicken is done when it is fork tender.

After it is done baking, I turn the broiler on and just brown the a little bit.

Enjoy!

You can bake chicken pieces (boneless preferably) in the oven
When they are almost done pour a can of tomato sauce over top
add some real parmesan cheese and bake for a few more minutes then add a bit of shaker parmesan cheese to the top (it browns and crisps up nicely)
bake until it is brown and
VOILA
easy Chicken parmesan
Good Luck!!
