Does anyone have any reference material for dyslexia, or a method for teaching a dyslexic child that worked?

Any website or place of business that has materials we can use for our nephew would be great. He's 7, 2nd grade, and is also mildy ADHD. The school board here is at a loss on how to teach a child like this, and want to put him in special education. He is attending a 4 star magnet school and had all A's on his report card with an F in Reading. He does not meet the special education criteria in my book. Any suggestions?
