Ultrasound results: the word clear circled.... no pregnancy?

The question is: Does "clear" mean that nothing was found and I am not pregnant?

You are not pregnant. Clear, means clearly there is no pregnancy.

Is that good or bad? My ultra sound showed not pregnant and I was. But it was a tubal pregnacy. All preg. tests showed pregnant. I had to have emergency surgery after having severe pain and a partial miscarriage.
