its a natural reaction when you're really angry. dont act on it though - punch a pillow or sort out whatever's pissed you off

If this is a serious questions, please please get help. You have some very serious anger issues. No one can exist with the kind of anger and frustration that you describe. You need to see a doctor and get some councilling immediately to determine why you feel like you do. There are medications and people out there to help you. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor, a friend, a parent anyone youcan trust. Again, if this is serious, please seek help there is someone good behind all this anger, find them. Good luck

If you are crazy then so am I. I often feel like I just want to punch and kick someone til they pass out when I get mad. I just don't act on it, I punch a wall the pain you will soon feel a lot calmer. Don't do it too hard though I broke two knuckles.

you need to let the anger out. Ripping someone's flesh off would indeed be healthy, but highly illegal and immoral. So you just need to find another outlet - try boxing or karate

I can get like that too. It's anger it's one way we deal with fear. Try to relax and give yourself some stimulation so you don't burn a hole in your head.
