It depends where in Florida you're going. If you are looking for warmth, head to Miami or the Keys. We do get cold fronts where the temp. may drop down to the upper 50s or low 60's, but they usually don't last for more than a few days and then it's back up to 75.
Miami has the most awesome art show in February in Coconut Grove..lots of great food and fabulous artwork and crafts. We also have a boat show in February, and you can always hang out at the clubs. February is also a nice time to visit Fairchild Gardens and don't forget we have great outlet shopping too.

Where in Florida are you going? Miami and the Keys are warm, Naples is pretty good.
Further north to Saint Petersburg and across to Orlando and Daytona - it's not warm enough to swim. Bring a sweater or jacket.
Tallahasse, Gainesville, and Jacksonville are likely to be downright cold. Bring a sweater, jacket and gloves.

The weather is unpredictable that time of year so keep up with the weather reports (could be 80 one day and 30 the next). It also is high travel time here. So prices might be higher then you expected, and there will be some crowds.

No. The water is too cold. The air is cold. The only thing to do is museums, pubs and shops. Lame! You wouldn't get your moneys worth. Too cold to go to Orlando theme parks...could go to a spring...still too cold. Too Cold!
