What Should I Do About My Bicycle, Should I Confront My Friend?

I let Mary Lou borrow my bicycle for the weekend and she returned it yesterday. When I got to it, I smelled something and it was the seat, it kinda smelled like fish, should I confront her and ask her what happened?
