i love gta games but my sister doesnt she says they have crap story lines and there all the same what do you think?

I really enjoy them! The 'story' is a bit weak but its a game, not a movie!

I love um! No better game out there on any format. GTA 5 will be the best game ever when its out on the PS3. Have got to admit the storyline could be better. They are not really the same. Each time a new one comes out they push the boundaries further and furthur. I think they do need to come up with some new ideas when the next one comes out and I think they will overwise I can see the series failing. Rockstar Rocks! much love

The GTA series are awesome, but the characters you play are just too violent, why can't it be a guy who has a good history or is not related to other bad stuff. I'm you play a guy whos part of the mafia, an assasin, a gangster. Why can't it be just a guy who isn't too violent, but can be if he has to be......Or she. But the storyline is awesome!!

I dislike them mainly because they bored me and it's not my genre of gaming. I do feel the story line is patchy, but most guys only need killing and artificial sex in a game anyway.
I feel, just like Halo, it is a typical man game and not my style. And I'm sure I'll get thumbs down on that one, but at least I gave my honest answer

Good but the novelty wears off. At the end of the day, you're really only spending your time pressing a few buttons over and over again. Get some exercise kid.

They are great. Wide open areas where you can do pretty much anything you want. The stories may not be great but you can entertain yourself just by driving around.

i agree with the storylines as i would like to see them more detailed and real life like.....
but the free roaming is what i love , just the ability to divert offmission and go do crazy stuff is awsome and makes these games cool ...

I love the games, I hate the 13 year olds who play them (who now appear on our street in hoodies)
The series is just interesting, cos all in all, the plots or missions are in reality HIGHLY repetitive (eg. take this hear, kill him there, go there and back etc etc.) GTA has changed just enough in each incarnation to make us feel that its a good follow up...
But please please please remember, games do not need storylines, they just need to be fun and entertaining...
