www.caloriesperhour.com
This website is amazing because it does everything...all sorts of foods and calorie contents, and also activities that burn calories :)

In the UK, if you have a camera phone, you can take photos of whatever you eat and it tells you how many calories you're eating.
It's due to launch later in the year and you can nose on there at the website myfoodphone.com
It costs £9.99 a month, however, so be prepared for it not being that cheap!!

There are a number of online caloric reference sites, but the best I have run across thus far is www.calorie-count.com
It not only has information on practically every food under the sun (including ethnic foods), it lists the nutritional breakdown and also allows you to look up the caloric burn for almost any physical activity you can think of. This way you can balance caloric intake vs caloric expenditure. As a plus, its free. :)
