if you inject air into your veins will it kill you? My boyfriend says that it does I was just wondering?

Never think of ending your life. If you are really depressed and upset, go somewhere else like traveling to a foreign country.

Mind you I am not by any means advocating suicide in any way, this answer is only informational. I would not recommend this as it is a very painful way to die. Yes, if you inject air into your veins you can die from it. Its called an embolism. It is the reason doctors and nurses cause a drop or two of fluid to come out of the needle end before giving you a shot, so they can cut down on the air they inject into your vein.

Yes it will and the fact that you are thinking on that subject is a symptom of a larger problem for you.
Please sugar talk to your parents or the counselor at school and get help.
The first step is the hardest but get moving and find your happy through help.
PS Dump the boyfriend who encourages any thoughts of suicide.

if you are having thoughts of suicide, please talk to someone. get help. i have lost two people in the last two months to suicide. it's not pretty or glamorous and it ruins families.
