It's because your PC has Integrated Graphics card that SHARES your System memory.
128MB to be exact is being used by your Video.

Most of the time manufacturer had made mistake to stick the right sticker on a right product but in your case go to start menu then go to Run in the dialoge box of Run type dxdiag and then press enter you will see the right Mega Byte of your ram

It's probably shared ram (shared with the graphics card) that's why your PC shows it as 368 .

Hmmm... this is weird.... I've never heard of a 368mb of ram card anyway... make sure its the right type for your motherboard (ddr, ddr2, nims, dims, sims etc etc etc.) failing that, the memory must be faulty.

if u have 2 ram in socket
one:- 256mb
scecond:-128mb
if second was 256mb then total=512mb
see one of two ram is 128mb or not?
