It is a new cosmetic surgery done by hair restoration doctors in which hair follicles are extracted from the scalp and transplanted into the upper eyelids. There has been a bit of news on this recently. You can go to eyelash-transplant.com for more information.

It is a $3000 per eyelid procedure.....hope you have lots of bucks....good to see you watch CNN too!

I have never heard of such a procedure being done.
