Given it's Brubeck, the instrumentation will be piano, bass, drums and clarinet (the late Paul Desmond). the time signature is definitely 7/4 (also the time signature of Money by Pink Floyd). the overall feel is alternating bars of waltz time and compund 4/4 time, giving a strange uneven feel while maintaining a strict rhythmic pattern.

The time signature is not a normal one, 9/11 or 11/9 or something interesting. The version I've got on CD someplace has piano, sax, bass, drums.
When I can I'll have to look for the CD. It is on several of "the best of" cds.

I'm sure it is in 11/8 time. The instruments I would think would be piano, drums, bass and maybe guitar. Hope this was of some help.
