I agree with the above, but some of those are way expensive, and I'm gonna guess you don't want to go expensive if you didn't spring for the V-8. The easiest/cheapest way to pick up 50 hp is a cold air intake kit with a computer reprogrammer (the ones that don't come with the reprogramming don't really do much) +15. V-6 dual exhaust kit +20. New throttle body with the spacer +7. New hi performance wires and spark plugs +5. All of those things have the most gains when used separately, but all told you'll gain probably 40-45 hp. Add some premium fuel and you might get 50. The big difference is that because the car is getting more fuel, air, and is letting the exhaust out faster you will notice a big difference in how responsive the throttle is, which will give you quicker acceleration and more fun. If you look around you can get all of the parts for about $1000, so its a little more reasonable than a supercharger, and wont blow the motor like NOS.

Do you really think that the expense is going to be worth 50 more hp? Stop trying to go faster and start going safer. I've been driving a V6 'stang for a long time. Spend your money, if you must, on top-of-the-line tires and rims and shocks and maybe some tint for the windows if you don't have any now. A sun roof would be good if it isn't a convertible like mine. Believe me, you'll turn a lot more heads driving it all fixed up than you will by driving it like an irresponsible kid.
