My GF does this when we are on a car trip all the time.......Funny lot women. Nice though.

Why? Because they can,let me assure you that in most cases they can direct you exactly to where ever even tho reading upside down.
They have brains that think outside the square, so who are we to think that type of behaviour is less than correct.

I think that you will find that women will turn a map round so that the direction you are driving to is in front of her, So the map may seem to be upside down to you, you men are nice too.

Because men will never stop and ask directions or listen to us when we tell them which way to go, so why bother even looking at the stupid map the right way. You need one of those new cars that tells you where to go before your girlfriend ends up doing it!

well i dont but maybe shes just turned the map to be facing the same way as the car is on the road ie if a road name appears on the left in the book but she sees its on the right as you drive passed it she may turn the book up the other way so that its true to life.

Maybe she wants you to get lost !! in my experience us women are better at reading maps, men just think they know where they're going and never ask for directions.

Because we Can....we rotate the map to get bearings! And we can also ask for directions!

it's easier to see where you're going as most maps are printed upside down
