It sounds like the super nanny or Dr Phil is needed.
consistency is everything.
if it has gone that bad you can`t expect him to all of a sudden listen to you so take little steps.
it sounds like he is acting like this because you let him, have a time out place and explain to him this is where he goes when he acts out ,fights swears.steals etc.---be consistent.
Now always warn him once talk in a lower ton of voice go on eye level.
remember you are the adult he is the child.
the first week or two will be hard but if u do stick to it it will be worst it.
The longer you wait the more harder it will be.
set up clear rules and make sure he knows if he don`t follow them there will be consequences for him(time out).
Very important never forget if he does listen tell him good job, thank you for listening etc.
He probably uses the neg.behavior to get attention from and he gets it until 1 am.
Time to make some changes good luck!!

My friend had this problem with her son. She started with his diet. She removed just about everything that had sugar in it from his diet...from juice to fruit to snacks to white bread (went whole grain). Then she got him on a strict schedule. Up at 6am to bed at 8pm. She scheduled absolutely everything. Enrolled him in swimming & put him on the swim team (practice almost every afternoon, meets on weekends etc.) And she got tough. She started to see changes after about two weeks, after a few months he was a changed child...it was amazing. Took alot of work and she keeps at it everyday...but no drugs, and no one telling her he is ADHD....Best wishes and good luck....

Spare the rod and spoil the child. You need to discipline that child and be consistant. Why did you let it get that far?
