one learns to receive as well as to send information to others. It increases one's mind power and enables a person to project their feelings and intentions to others without having to say the words.
Testing for mental telepathy requires 2 people. One is the sender and the other, the receiver. The sender focuses on sending a mental image or message to the receiver who must of course determine what the information is.

Mental telepathy is the Idea or "reading minds"
Those who claim to be able to do it are either kidding themselves or lying to scam you in some way.
If they could read minds, then why aren't they in Vegas beating ever poker champion and winning a zillion bucks?

Actually....let's say I was thinking of calling my long lost friend, and as soon as I picked up the phone, she calls me. Kind of a bizarre happening, out of the ordinary. It's when two individuals are on the same wave length, and thoughts are equally minded (I guess that's how to put it).

i have an identical twin sister with whom i have never experienced any telepathy of any forms before. i'm tired of people asking me if twins are really telepathic.

Kind of like when you know someone is going to call, and when the phone rings, you pick up the phone and you say hello (their name), or when you know what someone is going to say right before they say it.
You both are on the same wave length.
