Forgot to add, yesterday it stopped adding water, so I think it is more than a belt issue

to call out a repair guy and the cost of the part you could get a replacement for 200-250 with a 1yr quarantee while the repair guy would want at least 60quid in labour.
Unless you know what part has broken, fix it yourself if not just throw it and get another cos the chances are once one thing goes wrong other things are on there way out.
hope this helps

It depends on what is wrong with it. If it is 3 years old I don't think you should be having problems with it. I would ask the place where you got it to find out. Somethings are not that much, and not all is that hard to fix. It maybe something little. It would help if you said what it is doing.

How ironic. Ive just rung my mate about a Servis fridge-freezer. The freezer door wont shut, or pops open and starts defrosting, ruining my food. His exact words were the parts are to expensive to replace and can take weeks to arrive, they also often send the wrong part, taking months to fix. Its three years old as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES IT'S WORTH IT
BIGGEST CAUSE OF NOT SPINNING IS USUALY BRUSHES ON YOUR MOTOR THAT REQUIRE REPLACING.
THEY ARE ABOUT £15
HAVE A GO DEAD EASY BUT ALWAYS HAVE THE PLUG OUT OF THE SOCKET
