no it wont be able to
the duo means it has two halves of the processor adding upto 1.86 GHz
try an Intel Celeron (they are usually 2.6GHz)

dont worry about the dual core, it is means 2 of 1.86 Ghz of core 2 duo. That E6300 processor is currently one of the top processor. It run much faster then a 2.5Ghz P4 or even a 2.8Ghz dual core Pentium D. It runs at lower Ghz but much higher output. Try checking the spec on www.tomshardware.com
you will find some idea over there.

it doesnt mean 'duo' is you multiply the current clock by two.. certainly it's used two core / processor that running synchronised to each other that works better that conventional single processor. still, it's run on 1.88ghz but capable to do even more task.

Hi!

Most likely so, yes... Since the minimum requirements are usually for single processor systems...

You have to try though!

Good luck!

Instead of intel go with AMD they are cheaper, and better for gaming.
