South Park is the best but in the same town Bart would win. Cartman is more talk than action. Bart just acts.

For even the first three seasons of South Park already proves Eric Cartman dominates .Bart Simpson. Especaially in the South Park episode "Scott Tennerman Must Die", that episode really shows the true evilness of Eric Cartman.

all i got to say is "SIMPSONS DID IT, SIMPSONS DID IT!"
from south park that took 2 shots at the simpsons, the simpsons did it thing and again, when Cartman was at the Fox studios trying to get the episode of Family guy pulled with Osama or someguy on it. And cartman and bart where in the waiting room together talking.
