You can find a sample case at:

A customer, Sunita (from South Delhi), found a dead cockroach in a sealed pack of Chaywanprash manufactured by Emami Limited. Sunita approached M/s Pharm Assist, an Emami dealer. But the dealer rejected her allegations as a blackmailing attempt.

Sunita then filed a complaint with the district consumer forum which asked Emami to pay Rs 77,000 as compensation. However, Emami challenged this decision in the consumer court. The city consumer court asked Emami Limited to pay Rs 30,000 as damages (5000 compensation + 25000 punitive damages), to the buyer.

You can find a lot of information at the official website of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India:

you can get case studies on the internet. just use any of the search engines, like google or yahoo. but u have to be tactful with your keywords. just typing in "consumer case study" or something would yield nothing. type something like"i decided to fight for my consumer rights" etc. u'll find most of your results will be reports from news channels or newspaper sites, choose the best one for ur project.
