Any internet provider should work on a mac, best option is one that connects via an ethernet cable or a wireless router rather than USB modem.

Many UK internet providers don't "support" Macs, which means their helpdesk people aren't trained on them, not that Macs won't work.

I use www.bethere.co.uk never had any problems with them, just plugged the router in and it worked straight away.

Any IP should work with an Apple computer as long as the Modem they provide is compatible with apple hardware (most should be).

well it doesnt matter which type of computer you use... the internet performance purely depends on the internet provider..

which region are you in..?
check for a good ISP in your area...
