I love it!!!! I had to order a satallite Dish just to watch Manchester United! I have always loved Football(soccer) its just that I was unable to watch any of the really great players in the world and I have had to suffer through watching Crappy MLS players. My Favorite team in the World Cup was Germany! I wanted them to Win so badly!! I think the German Team is awesome! I think Klose Miroslav Is awesome..I just don't get to see much of him, My other favorites are Ole Gunnar Solejiaer and Ryan Giggs. Are you from Germany? I do not think real football (soccer) is more popular in America because most Americans view soccer as a boring sport and some even do not consider soccer a sport. Most Americans like their own sports, baseball and football (American rugby). Not only that but it is an American believe that USA is the whole world, prove of this is that they call the Super ball champion the "Champion of the WORLD", when, as far as I know, only US teams participate in the race for a place in the Super ball, or they refer to the US series as the "the WORLD series". However, I believe that soccer next to lacrosse are the two sports with greater rate of growth in America, and who know maybe in few years soccer would be the number one sport in the US as it is in many many countries around the world.

European soccer aka football, I suppose it is nicer than American soccer. There's extra dynamics to the best way they may be able to play and an extended continuation of movement to the sport while in comparison to American soccer that continues getting interrupted Also you consider towards football avid gamers when you consider that you'll be able to see their faces for the duration of the sport, Compare that to an overclad big with a visor on and you can see what I imply.

The European is definitely better in every single way. My favorite team in the world cup was probably Argentina and Italy and the German team surprised me, they showed more than of what I was expecting

Not all Americans dislike soccer. I enjoy watching it. Sorry I just can't call it football. To me football is different sport.
In some areas of the country, we have as many youth soccer leagues as we have youth football leagues.
Until soccer becomes as popular as football in our school systems unfortunately most people here will find it boring.
I'm not sure why since there is as much action on the field in soccer as there is in football

well they don't like because there no good at it,the woman's USA team has won 2 world cup futbol is not as big hear as it is that say my country brasil that's because of the Media does not pay it that much attention to it i hope that some day it will just as big as baseball or football but we have a long was to go until that

I absolutely love soccer/football. It's my favorite sport to watch, my second favorite to play, because my coaches are kinda ruining it for me. My favorite team in the World Cup was Argentina, I was so sad when they got out. Them and England. Of course I was rooting for the U.S. team too, but they did not have their best tournament.

Well, to be quite honest, a lot of americans think it is a completely boring timewasting sport. Some people think it's cool, but they don't watch it. And then there are those who recognize the excitement of the game and who enjoy watching it and playing it because they think, no they know, that it's the best sport ever. The latter is regarded by me :)

99,8% of Americans only understand american football. The best prove is that when you ask anybody in the street which team will win the world cup they honestly think it is the American team.

I love it, its the best sport in the world. However, i am only american by birth place. my mother is argentinian and my father is mexican american. ARGENTINA PLAY THE BEST FUTBOL IN THE WORLD!!!! I hate the german team. i was SO happy when they lost! If that player Klose hadnt injured el pato, we would have won!! :o( My favorite European team is Barcelona. I love every Argentina player but Messi is my favorite.
