I can't answer for all women, but it's just a combination of the kind of person that my husband is that makes me love him the way I do. From the moment we met, he has always been respectful of me and my feeling's. He's loving, kind, honest, hardworking, and a wonderful father. We'll be married nine years in January, and I'm still just head over heals in love with him. Since he walked into my life, there has never been anyone else. I'm not claiming that we have a perfect relationship! We have our disagreements, but anything too major in our lives that we disagree on, we quickly resolve it by talking and working it out.
He not only makes me feel like the kids and I are first in his life, he actually proves it. His family comes first, and anyone who knows him would tell you the same. He does whatever it takes to be here for all of us.
To this day, he still makes my heart pound when he walks in the room. I can be having a bad day, and he'll call from work to say hi, and everything just kind of fades away, or he can walk in the room and hug me, and I feel better.

Like most human emotions, love is irrational so that question is somewhat hard to answer.
Love is different for different people and will differ in different relationships, there is no set formula or way to create love - and I think in many cases, even the people involved are not entirely sure why they feel that way.

The tounge and the size doesn't hurt, but what a woman really wants is for someone to be so infatuated with her that he dotes on her every minute that they are together, but not controlling or obsessive.
