The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Love of God and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forever more, then say a prayer to bless the meals that is before your presence and also commit the Lord in caring for you all all during your sleep against all the weapons that the devil may have planned. Our lord is control in our sleep, remember to ask Him for forgiveness in anything that you may have done againt his will that day, in Jesus Name and finish with ....AMEN.

Ok grace is a prayer you offer up to heaven in thanks for the meal you are about to eat. You thank the Lord for not only the food you are eating (for many are hungry) but those that prepared it (for many have no such luxuery)
There is that enought information?

I guess so as not to offend anyone at the dinner you could say;
For what we are about to receive may we all give thanks and be grateful, (slight pause) thank you.
No words of prayer or religion in it and no offence to anyone.
