Mine is love marriage with different religion.My m-i-l feel happy when my hubby and me quarrel.smiles when he scold me. Going to my friends and checking about me.She never inculed me in her family.Talking bad about me to the relatives.She need only money from my hubby. She pretend as if she care for my hubby and have affection on him just for the money. Even my hubby belive it.I don't know what to do can anyone help me.

Sweetheart, this is very tough for you. Try to ask your husband not to 'scold' you or quarrel with you in front of his mother. A husband shouldn't really scold his wife. They should discuss their differences and try to compromise. You can't prevent your husband caring for his mother, nor should you try to, but he must try and put you first as you are his wife. Stand up for yourself, but in a nice way. Try not to let her see it gets you down, just smile at her, even if it is fake!

Do you live with her? If so, MOVE OUT and QUICK! If you don't live with her just try and keep out of her way. If you and your husband love each other you can get through it just don't ***** about her to him as you have to remember she's his Mum and how would you feel if he did that about your Mother?
