An Internet connection is not an external device that is separate from the computer. It is just the way that the computer is configured to connect to the Internet. You will need to configure the second computer to connect to the Ineternet in the same way.

Even then, if your Internet Service is by way of broadband and your ISP has a connection that captures the hardware address of your computer, you will need to contact the ISP and ask them to change the hardware address to that of the new computer. Alternatively, if using broadband and the ISP captures the hardware address you can use a router to connect to the Internet service and ask them to register the router's hardware address (to keep it on the proper level of your ISPs agreement with you, you may want to just tell them this is the hardware address of a new computer). After the router's hardware address is setup with your ISP, both of your computers should be able to connect to the service.
