Sometimes imbalances in the body are reflected in the health of the hair. Have your doctor check you for blood sugar imbalance (hypoglycemia or diabetes). If your doctor is aware of candida syndrome and is willing to test for that (an elusive fungus that grows in our intestines and can cause all sorts of dermal problems if it overgrows), then have that checked out too.
There is basic info on both of these at www.hufa.org. Also, gluten intolerance can cause other problems, but I don't know if hair loss is one of them.

Your hair thins naturally as you get older, especially with the change of seasons...dont worry about it, stress can make your hair fall out as well, and if you've recently dyed your hair darker it may look as if you're losing more hair than you actually are. Maybe get your hair layered, so it looks thicker?

go see a doctor, you may need some sort of vitamin, and if you parting your hair down the middle try parting it on the side to cover it up.
