Postings above are old (2009), but in case anyone else cares, I found all 8 episodes in a Stephen J. Cannell DVD collection called Prime Time Crime. Even though I got it mostly for UNSUB, it has others of his shows on it that I think are pretty good. Got it for $12 on Amazon.

Try Bestbuy.com. They have a huge selection of DVDs. I don't know if it's available or not but if it's out Best Buy will probably have it. I've found some real hard to find movies on there.
