I asked this question yesterday but left out details. Her employer found out that she had worked briefly as a call girl. The company is in window coverings and she is in sales now. They are talking about letting her go. Does she have any recourse?

I assume she is no longer, Get to a work problems lawyer and if she has done nothing wrong at her place of employment one word SUE I wonder how her employer found out? If he was a client thenshe could threaten exposure Good luck to her I admire anyone who turns themself around

if she is good at sales she can talk her way out of it also if she is good at what she does they will keep her on and let it die. otherwise she can move on as there are lots of sales jobs out there. she can talk to a labour employment standards about it as well. and sue the pants off them lol

the 2 have nothing to do with each other so no she shouldn't get fired for it. how did they find out in the first place.
