I'm not sure about everyone else, but i know i have only had a few different sexual relationships, and at first the guy is always so into sex, but it wears off and they become comfortable.
They would never say no, but it was a very rare occasion that they would instigate being intimate. Sometimes the trick is to make them think it was their idea, and that you loved it, and that can help.
The only time I would worry is when you are trying to seduce them, and they are more interested in the footy :)
