With a 50% divorce rate, what do you think about having classes starting in the 8th or 9th grades about relationships. How to handle all the feelings, how to grow closer and express your thoughts and feelings, and how to improve yourself to be a better person and partner. Of course this woudln't be restricted to just romantic relationships.

NO definitely not. Teachers are totally unqualified to teach such a course and the curriculum would have to be so diluted to please all the special interest groups that it would be useless and a waste of money.
Yours is one of the few well written questions I have seen in Questions and Answers by a young person, but most high school students need double classes in English grammar and spelling; not how to score on a date without guilt. LOL Good luck.

You pose a great question, but I don't think so.

There's tons of kids out there that are just plain losers, who don't have relationships, and frankly don't plan on being in them.

And besides, it's school, not y'know like Dr. Phil.

Better debate then classes. Because, by this time, most of the people will aware of what you want to teach.
