yeast has started showing signs on my skin i cant get rid of it without gives up the food and drink i like.

Ive never heard of skin yeast infection, only of the mouth and the downstairs of a woman. Are you sure thats what it is?

what food has to do with it unless u re rubbing it into your skin? u need to get some drugs against fungus. there re also some creams for that. the best treatment u take drugs and rub cream. and eat whatever u want. but for that u have to go to a doctor - those re prescriptional drugs (at least in my country)
