I do read the Daily Mail ( wail)

but i take a lot of what i read, with a large pinch of salt!!

all those bodies *above us* ( government, councils , health services . etc. ) are going to fleece us, of any money they can wring out of us , by what ever means .

There has never been a time,
when the "authorities" ,have tried so hard
and clawed so much, that is ours ,
away from us !!!

So they ,are going to # out -poll -tax' us, yet again !

SURPRISE!!
Soon, we will owe everything we have , to the "authorities "

Then , we will ALL , have to go to debtors prison !!

( THEY may even have to feed us !)

LOL! I am not afraid !

note:
The Daily Mail ,and they should know.!

tell us this week ,! the prisons are all full. and overflowing ..

Se la vie!!!

Thank you for letting me vent !!

What a load of old codswallop!

You can only be rebanded for council tax for two reasons
1. You've bought the place in the last six months and want to ask the council to re-band it.

2. You've had really major demolition or rebuilding work done. so the council comes to you to re-band.

That's it.

The Daily Mail is mixing up two things, the right of the council inspectors to visit to reband and the potential (and it is only potential) method of doing a mass rebanding in the UK. Other ideas have been to drop council tax altogether or do a paper calculation on current home value bands. It's all pie in the sky at the moment.

What REALLY bugs me about this is the good old Daily Mail has now put the fear of God into pensioners. They'll now let anyone in who says 'we're from the council tax people' and promptly find themselves robbed of their palty life savings.

The Daily Mail should be taken out of circulation.

I hate the Daily Mail. There is a story like that every day. What a bunch of opinionated, self righteous, pompous butt nuggets. If it were up to them we would simply shoot all the non-Christians, single mothers, teenagers in hoodies and homosexuals at least five times to make sure they were all dead.

Idiots.
