Best way to get over the last 1, is to get a new 1. Nothing like the smell of a new girlfriend...

Am sorry hun. Since u don't have any friends, why don't u use this forum to invite whoever is interested in becoming ur friend especially during this "extremely difficult time" for u. Am sure u will get the comfort, and the support that u need from them (us).
Option 2. Is to start searching straight away!

Hey there - sorry you're feeling blue.
Why not try some volunteer work - there's some really fun stuff you can do these days and it's a great way to get out of the house and meet people.
Take a look at this website for different things you can volunteer for and remember that this feeling will pass

I'm sorry to hear you are lonely. Most people feel this way at sometime or another. Try to stay busy so you don't dwell on being dumped. Give it time and you'll feel better.

When I changed towns I found that forums saved my sanity - I went out with people I met on line and soon had a wide circle of friends.

What a jolly nice, kind bunch of people......
I feel awful now 'cos I was going to say "Pull yourself together you silly little git!"
So now I won't say that.
"I am so sorry to hear that you are LONLEY.
Try talking to yourself. I do it all the time.
Or alternatively erm.......er......weeeeeell
get another girlfriend asap".
I always knew I should have been an Agony Aunt!

Yes - you can help yourself. Get a grip, pull yourself together and get out and about. Can you make friends at school/work. Try really hard and you will be rewarded.
