That wouldn't help.There would still be gang violence. The country just needs to declare all of New Mexico a prison. Post guards around the entire perimeter and have no prison personel inside the walls. Remove all technology from the area and let the prisoners build housing,feed,provide health care,and distribute justice for themselves.If no additional food was ever brought in you could be certain that the prison would never overcrowd.The inmates would make sure of that.

No, there would still be gangs in prison. As long as prisons are little more than dog kennels and as long as the predators are locked up with everyone else prisoners will have to turn to gangs for protection.

that's merely as confusing to computer screen gang structures in prisons as that's on the streets. that's a subculture, and while you're actually not integrated as a factor of that subculture (particularly, i'm no longer talking a cop dressing up and attempting to smell data even nevertheless this is complete) that's amazingly confusing to understand the group. think of of it on a small scale - your "gang" of acquaintances.. the clicking you carry out with at artwork, college, college etc. is confusing to fairly understand while you're actually not between the individuals in that group. So on the same time as you think of you already know a definite group as an intruder, you won't be responsive to the bits and bobs of that distinctive group except you're in it. So i might think of for this reason that's confusing to computer screen those gangs out and in of penal complex. ought to they be subjected to that violence? No, yet human beings should not be subjected to it on the streets the two.

If that could be done, it would open a can of worms that would clog the courts for years. First they would sue because they would be segregated. And that is just one of the many concerns.
